ANNUAL DAY 2022

Spread the love

St. Stanislaus International is an institute that challenges its students to go beyond what is expected, interacting with the world with generosity, excellence and empathy. This Annual Day, our young Stanislites reinforced this premise through the Musical ‘Persons for Others’.

Education at its finest, is the standard we follow at St Stanislaus International and we had none other than our topper, Master Ethan Mathias’ parents, Mr. Edgar Mathias and Mrs. Lulu Mathias as our wonderful chief guests.

Annual Day is a day when we recognize our students’ academic and non-academic accomplishments and a day that gives our students a platform to showcase their talents. The Student Council escorted our dignitaries into the hall and the programme commenced with a Prayer Service. Through the dance, Ball of Confusion, our students reminded us that even though we may not be able to cure the world of its sorrows, we can certainly choose to live in joy. The Musical left us motivated— to give freely to the world these gifts of love and compassion because love is not patronizing and charity isn’t about pity. Our students summarized the theme through a Tableau.

We then had our little ones from Grade 1 tell us why they aren’t too happy to turn off the TV through the elocution piece, ‘Television’. The Cultural Programme drew to a close with the Grand Finale. It was indeed a proud moment to see over two hundred and twenty students on stage.

Mr. & Mrs. Mathias were felicitated. Mr Mathias’ speech reminded us that it’s not the results but the effort that matters and sometimes you may have to jump through hoops or buckle down but we must remember that with no pain comes no gain

Taking an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and effort our students have put in all through the year we entered into the second half and most awaited event of the day— The Awards Ceremony.

Our Principal, Mrs. Anna Correa gave the vote of thank. The final curtain for the evening closed with the School Anthem.
