14th November Children’s Day was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm at St Stanislaus International. The organizing committee along with the P.T.A planned an exciting day for the children with a Funfair theme that included a variety of activities for the Primary as well as the Secondary section.
The program began with a special dance performance put up by the teachers. For the Primary students there was a Funfair organized that had different activities such as the Toy train, Mickey slide and Bouncy Castle. After enjoying themselves on these rides, the students played various games at the games stalls that were put up for them. They played with a lot of enthusiasm thus winning a lot of prizes.
The Secondary section had activities and games too that they played with full gusto, winning and getting a prize. Our compere Tr Lisa made the children dance and sing making the morning even more fun. Spot prizes kept the students on their feet. At the end of the program, students were given a packet of popcorn and candy floss.
All in all, the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and they left after a memorable morning.
