Pre-admission meeting along with the documents on Wednesday, 20th January 2021 at 08.30 a.m.
Venue : St. Peter’s Church Campus, Loyola Hall, on the left side as you enter the main gate.
✓ All supporting documents must be in the same order as mentioned below.
✓ Bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for verification and photocopies for submission.
Documents for Child
1. Municipal Birth Certificate (in English)
2. Recent Passport size photo of the child with Maroon Background.
3. Recent Family photo 3 X 2 inch with Maroon Background.
4. Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Catholic / Christians
5. Aadhaar Card
6. Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – if applicable
7. Medical Certificate – compulsory in case of disability
8. Adoption Deed – if applicable
9. Any other relevant documents
Documents for Parents/Guardians
1. Telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Passport
2. Aadhaar card of father
3. Aadhaar card of mother
4. Divorce Decree or related documents (if applicable)
5. Death certificate of Father / Mother (if applicable)
6. All qualification certificates of both the Parents.
7. Proof of Alumni status for Father.
8. School Calendar if sibling is already studying in school.
9. Any other relevant documents
Instructions:
1. The presence of One Parent is compulsory.
2. Do not bring your child or his siblings for the admission process.
3. A Mask is compulsory throughout the process.
4. Follow the guidelines of our staff to maintain social distancing.
5. Carry a blue ball pen.
