Both the Parents of the children whose numbers appear in the list attached must come for the submission of Original documents, to fill final admission Form and to collect Fee Book on 10th February 2021, as per schedule below:

Documents:
- Original Birth Certificate.
- Original Baptism Certificate (for Catholic/Christians).
- Original Caste Certificate of Child with Attested copy. (If Applicable)
- Additional documents told at the time of document review – if any.
Kindly note 300/- to be paid for the Admission Form on 10.02.2021.
Fees to be paid at The South Indian Bank, Near Mehboob Studio on or before 18th February, 2021. Instructions are given in the fee book.
IF, ON THE APPOINTED DAY, NEITHER PARENT COMES, WE SHALL PRESUME THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE ADMISSION, AND THE SEAT WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
Instructions:
- The presence of Both the Parents is compulsory.
- Do not bring your child or his siblings for the admission process.
- A Mask is compulsory throughout the process.
- Follow the guidelines of our staff to maintain social distancing.
- Carry a blue ball pen.
